To enhance your online banking security, our system allows you to create a password with difficult combination. Our password rules below give you an indication of what is required:
Passwords may consist of alpha and numeric characters only, or a combination of both;
Passwords can be Uppercase, lowercase, or a combination of both;
Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters and not exceed 30 characters;
New passwords cannot be the same as your previous 3 versions;
Passwords must not be similar to User ID or any of your personal details (e.g. name, ID number, email address, date of birth);
